Upon arrival at the campsite, you will immediately notice the many plants and flowers. You will be served a Welcome cocktail and in this friendly atmosphere you will feel at home. In order to help you in the first few days with us, we will give you a small booklet with all the necessary information regarding the campsite and the surrounds. At Reception you will find all the leaflets for the tourist attractions in the area.

Bike rental is available and you can obtain all the necessary information regarding the walking/cycling circuits in the area.  Fresh bread is available daily at our small local grocers.

Children can amuse themselves playing at the playgrounds or at the table tennis tables, whilst the adults can play various other sports.
The campsite of the Bastides is situated in the region of the vineyards of Cahors and Bergerac. The wine castles are numerous; amongst them is the famous Monbazillac Castle.
This region has many interesting and friendly markets where the local producers boast about their local fresh produce. Hypermarkets can be found at Fumel (8kms) and Monflanquin (10kms), so easy shopping is available.

Surrounding the campsite you will find  Bastide towns such as Monflanquin, Monpazier, and Tournon. You will also discover beautiful old castles.

For example the Dungeons of Gavaudun, dating back to the XI century, or the imposing castle of Bonaguil.
At the Reception of the campsite you can obtain information on the different circuits for cyclists and pedestrians which will enable you to discover the region and its inhabitants who are extremely friendly.
